1. Cancellation by Lessees
Lessees can cancel their booking, but penalties apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Lessors
Lessors are expected to fulfill their bookings. If an Lessor cancels, Lessees are compensated, and penalties apply.

3. Special Cases & Force Majeure
Cancellations may be exempt from penalties if caused by:
- Serious illness or accident (medical proof required)
- Uncontrollable external events (natural disaster, legal emergency, etc.)
- Technical failure making rental impossible (e.g., item malfunction due to an accident)
