Deelen may take up to 24 hours to approve a listing before it is published on the platform.
Use the search bar and filters (category, location, availability) to browse items. Once you find an item, click on it to view details and availability.
Select the rental period and send a request to the owner. Once the request is approved, complete the payment securely through Deelen to confirm your booking.
Once your rental is confirmed, you will coordinate directly with the owner to arrange the pickup time and location.
Contact Deelen support immediately if the item is defective or damaged upon pickup. If necessary, Deelen will mediate between you and the owner to find a solution.
Yes, you can cancel a rental in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Depending on when you cancel, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Log into your account, click “List an Item,” and provide detailed information, including high-quality photos, a description, rental pricing, and deposit requirements. Listings are reviewed before being published, which can take up to 24 hours.
Yes, owners can set a security deposit amount to protect against damage or loss. Deposits are held securely by Deelen and can take up to 24 hours to be released after the item is returned.
If your item is returned damaged, report it to Deelen within 48 hours of return. The deposit, if applicable, may be used for compensation.
Payments are securely processed through Deelen’s payment provider, Stripe. Renters pay in advance, and the funds are held until the rental is successfully completed.
Owners receive their earnings within 5 business days after the rental period ends, provided no disputes are raised.
Good news! It doesn’t cost anything to use the platform itself.

Deelen encourages identity verification and uses a rating & review system to maintain a trustworthy community. Always review a user’s history before approving a rental.
