If you don’t see it, tell us in the ‘suggestions’ form, and we’ll try to find it!
Send a Rental Request
Select the rental period and submit your request. You can also message the owner for additional details.
Wait for Approval
The owner will review your profile, past ratings, and confirm availability.
Make the Payment
Once approved, make a secure payment through Deelen. Your payment is safely held until the rental is completed.
Pickup the Item
To start your rental, meet the owner to pick up the item. Take pictures together, and both enter the code received to make sure it’s a safe handover.
Use & Take Care
Enjoy your rental! Follow the provided instructions and use the item responsibly.
Return the Item
Time to give it back! Set a return time with the owner, make sure it’s in good shape, and enter the code to finish the rental safely!
