Once your rental is confirmed, you will coordinate directly with the owner to arrange the pickup time and location.

All listings go through a review process to ensure quality and accuracy. This can take up to 24 hours.
Report it to Deelen within 48 hours of return at help@deelen.lu. The deposit, if applicable, may be used for compensation.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Renters pay in advance, and funds are held until the rental is successfully completed.
Yes. Deelen uses Stripe with full encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Funds are held in escrow until the rental is completed.
Owners receive their earnings within 5 business days after the rental period ends, provided no disputes are raised. Payment is made via your connected Stripe account.
All transactions are in Euros (€).
Good news! It doesn't cost anything to use the platform itself.
